On August 24, 2026, the "Entering Haidian" economic and trade Fair for Chinese and African entrepreneurs was held at the Zhongguancun International Technology Exchange Center in Beijing. This event is hosted by the Commerce Bureau of Haidian District and organized by the Beijing Zhongguancun Foreign-Invested Enterprises Association. It focuses on promoting smooth trade between China and Africa, industrial synergy and interaction, and practical two-way investment, providing an efficient platform for Chinese and foreign enterprises to connect. The conference invited over 80 elite entrepreneurs, government representatives and representatives of high-quality domestic science and technology innovation enterprises from 15 countries in Africa and along the Belt and Road Initiative to attend, among whom more than half were female entrepreneurs.

Representatives from enterprises in many African countries stopped to observe and inquired in depth about details such as equipment performance, supply of consumables and after-sales training, and expressed their intention to cooperate one after another.

       This negotiation conference fully demonstrated Beijing's technological innovation and industrial leadership capabilities in the fields of biomedicine and medical devices, and built a high-quality and efficient communication bridge and cooperation platform for precise matching and practical cooperation in the health industry between China and Africa. In the future, China-Africa public health cooperation will embrace a broader space.
