The closing ceremony of the Global Women Entrepreneurs Education and Empowerment Program (GFEEP) - Beijing Entrepreneurs Training Camp (Phase I), jointly organized by the Beijing Women's Federation and Beijing Foreign Studies University, was held at Beijing Foreign Studies University. Forty-four outstanding female entrepreneurs from Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and other regions completed systematic business empowerment training and successfully graduated.

         At the beginning of this training camp, Liu Jing, the general manager of Zhongkai Biology, was elected as the class monitor. In the graduation roadshow competition of the training camp, Liu Jing won the championship with her outstanding performance.

           Lei Xiaoning, vice chairperson of the Beijing Women's Federation, Jia Dezhong, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Beijing Foreign Studies University, GUI Bo, project leader of GFEEP, and all the trainees, mentors and volunteers attended this graduation ceremony together.

           Lei Xiaoning, a member of the Party Group and vice chairperson of the Beijing Women's Federation, said that this training camp, relying on the high-quality teaching staff and international platform of Beijing Foreign Studies University, has set up teaching links such as special lectures, one-on-one consultations, and practical roadshows. Female entrepreneurs participated in the training with practical problems in the development of their enterprises and solved business operation difficulties based on their own enterprise cases. Many trainees not only received cooperation orders and forged precious friendships among classmates, but also some voluntarily signed up to serve as teaching assistants for the African class and made donations to the project. This fully demonstrated the vigorous and enterprising spirit and sense of responsibility of female entrepreneurs in the capital. The training has achieved solid results. She emphasized that graduation marks a brand-new starting point for learning. She hopes that the trainees will continue to connect, apply what they have learned and put it into practice, maintain regular communication with the Women's Federation of the city and the expert team from Beijing Foreign Studies University, and truly transform the training resources into their own development advantages. Help each other and grow together, give full play to the exemplary and leading role, and pool the strength of women's entrepreneurship. Take on responsibilities and work hard, serve the overall situation, develop oneself and illuminate others, drive more women to employment and entrepreneurship, and shoulder the mission and responsibility of female entrepreneurs in the capital.

             Jia Dezhong, the deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Beijing Foreign Studies University, in his speech, encouraged the trainees to maintain an "empty cup mentality", uphold a "co-creation mindset", shoulder the "responsibility of women", and transform their learning achievements into vivid practices of promoting coordinated regional development and building a community with a shared future for mankind.

            As a representative of the trainees, Liu Jing took the stage to share her learning experience. Drawing on her personal experience of "analyzing business models through real enterprise cases", she shared her mental journey from self-summary, analysis and diagnosis to the formation of improvement plans. She expressed that the greatest gain was "empowering oneself and the enterprise with a change in mindset". Entrepreneurs must break through their own limitations and take the initiative to innovate and break through in order to keep up with the pace of change. It is expressed that the original intention of mutual assistance and empowerment among women will be carried forward, and resources will be actively linked to integrate personal entrepreneurial dreams into the development of the capital and national construction.

        Graduation is not the end but a new beginning. Liu Jing stated that she will bring new concepts and new thinking to further promote the high-quality development of Zhongkai Biology. At the same time, from being empowered to becoming an enabler, we will help more female entrepreneurs succeed, jointly shine on the broad stage of coordinated development in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, and write a more resilient, gentle yet powerful chapter of Chinese female entrepreneurship in the magnificent journey of the digital economy era.
